  
[Airbyte](https://airbyte.com/) is an open-core data ingestion platform that boasts 300+ pre-built connectors. One of it's focuses is on the "long tail" data sources and empowering data engineers to customize existing connectors. Many of the open-source connectors it uses are built on top of the [singer protocol](https://www.singer.io/).
